Terms of use
These terms govern the public Promptence site and free evidence sample. A signed proposal or services agreement governs paid managed work and takes precedence for that engagement.
Evidence, not a guarantee
Promptence observes third-party AI and retrieval systems at a point in time. Results can vary by provider, model, surface, region, prompt, and date. No ranking, citation, recommendation, lead, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Free sample limitations
The free check is a small API-model sample. It is not a full baseline, consumer-interface capture, or verified citation study unless the result explicitly says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse rate limits, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate another party, or use results to make deceptive claims.
Commercial work and payment
Scope, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, acceptance, deposits, fees, refunds, and recurring monitoring are controlled by the applicable checkout, proposal, or payment terms. Proposal value or acceptance is not evidence that money was received.
Third-party systems
Promptence does not control AI providers, websites, source indexes, booking services, email providers, or payment processors and is not responsible for changes or outages outside its reasonable control.
